Log into your WeCreat account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians receive and inspect your device to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
