We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.

Do your electronics come with a warranty?

Yes, all WeCreat devices include a comprehensive 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. You can also opt for an extended protection plan at checkout for added peace of mind.

What is your return policy for open-box items?

We offer a 30-day return window. If the item is opened but in like-new condition with all original packaging, you are eligible for a full refund minus a small restocking fee. Defective items are always eligible for a free exchange.
